If a player knows that he will not appreciate the game as much in certain locations, and makes this well known before teams have the chance to waste a draft pick on him, I think its respectful. He never once held out for money in his career.<br /><br />Lindros was a victim of bad habits (keeping his head down), a bad agent (his father), and some bad luck.
